You can have fun with inner work - Private Coaching Sessions/Equine-Assisted Coaching/Feel to Heal 1:1 Workshops

Have Fun With The Inner Work

Inner work can often feel heavy and serious – and whilst that is true for some of the time - there is also fun and child like curiosity to be had too.

Making the inner work fun is an important tip and an important part of my work because when something seems like a lot of work it's not all that appealing is it?

This is why I often bring a horse into a session, or we will work with your inner child to release that child like curiosity and playfulness - and helps you to feel much more grounded and enjoy your experience within sessions so much more.

So if you are doing some inner work yourself - take time out if need be, take breaks from doing the inner work and honour where you’re at.

If it feels like too much then do something fun for yourself - get creative, paint a picture, draw, sing, dance, go for a walk, bake (that's one of my go tos).

If you are ready for some support enquire with someone who may be able to professionally help you navigate this in a safe space, or if you feel drawn to me get in touch.

There are so many benefits to doing the inner work – so I always strive to make it fun, and make it what feels good to you.

I hope these 3 blog posts have given you some ideas on how you can start to navigate your own inner work when it comes up.

Wishing you a positive week, with a smidge of childlikeness, whatever you’re up to.

Sending you all lots of love x
