I provide individuals with a safe and nurturing holistic healing environment through online face-to-face video calls, allowing them to rediscover their true selves.

 

My objective is to assist individuals in releasing cultural conditioning, external influences, and childhood beliefs that may have obscured their authentic identities. Through this process of unlearning and remembering who they were before external influences shaped them, individuals can find the inner peace and clarity they seek.

 

My goal is to help individuals rise above any challenges they may face and realize that there is always hope for a brighter future.

As a certified Gestalt Coach, I have completed extensive training in trauma-informed care, gestalt principles, equine knowledge, human dynamics, somatic insight, co-active coaching, chakra energy fields, and more. Over the course of several years, I dedicated over 374 hours to in-person training and certification, including student practice coaching, class calls, exams, and extensive coursework.

Beyond the technical training, I also devoted myself to personal growth and healing. By confronting my own challenges and uncovering unresolved issues, I have evolved as a person and developed a profound understanding of how to hold space for others in their healing journey.

Today, I am equipped with a diverse set of tools and skills as a result of my training and personal growth. I am committed to guiding others on their path towards authenticity, self-discovery, and healing.

They can also serve as a great follow-up after onsite sessions with the horses.  Adult Gestalt Coaching Online Sessions last 60 minutes and cost £80
